Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

Shipping Carriers

We use Purolator and UPS as our primary shipping partners. The carrier used for your order will depend on your location, order size, and delivery method selected at checkout. We choose premium carriers to ensure fast, tracked, and reliable delivery worldwide.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • Europe & United Kingdom: 5–9 business days

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer. RetroRex is not responsible for delays caused by customs or for any additional charges incurred upon delivery.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the status and location of your shipment directly on the carrier’s website. Responsibility After Shipment

Once a package leaves our facility and is handed off to the shipping carrier, RetroRex is not responsible for any delays, lost packages, theft, or delivery errors caused by the carrier. If an issue arises during transit, customers must reach out directly to the assigned shipping carrier using the tracking number provided.

Shipping Costs & Refunds

All shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including cases where packages are returned to sender, delayed, lost, or undelivered by the carrier.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate at checkout. RetroRex is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. Any re-shipment due to an address error will be at the customer’s expense.
