Shipping Scope
We currently ship to the following regions:- United States
- Canada
- Australia
- United Kingdom
- Select countries in Europe

Order Processing Time
- Standard processing: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays.
- Some items may require additional processing time due to inventory. This will be shown on the product page, cart, and checkout.
⚠️ Selecting a faster shipping method does not reduce processing time. Expedited delivery applies after your order ships.

Canada: Free Standard shipping on orders ≥ $160 (CAD) when shown at checkout.
United States: Standard ($15.99) helps us offset potential import/tariff costs. We may cover these on your behalf on some orders.
Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
- All destinations: International shipments may be assessed duties, taxes, brokerage or handling fees by customs or the carrier.
- Our commitment: We may, at our discretion, absorb or prepay certain import charges to provide a duty-inclusive experience. This is not guaranteed on every order.
- Customer responsibility: Unless we explicitly prepay, you are responsible for any duties/taxes/fees assessed by your country. The carrier will contact you if payment is required; non-payment can delay or return the shipment.
- Notes for US & Canada: We sometimes prepay or absorb import costs to simplify delivery. The US $15.99 Standard rate helps us offset these costs.
If prepaid by us, your order may be processed as “DDP” (duty paid). Otherwise it ships “DAP/Delivered at Place,” and the carrier may collect charges on delivery.
Shipping Delays & Estimates
All shipping times are estimates only. RetroRex is not responsible for courier delays and does not offer refunds for late deliveries. For status updates, contact the carrier directly.Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or mishandled packages after dispatch. Please provide a safe delivery location. If an order is marked delivered but not received, contact the courier to begin an investigation.Free Shipping Eligibility
Canada only: Free Standard shipping on orders ≥ $160 (CAD). Eligibility is shown at checkout and may change without notice.
United States and other international destinations are not eligible for free shipping at this time.
Address & Shipping Restrictions
PO Boxes: We accept orders shipped to PO Boxes; however, these will require address verification. We may request valid photo ID before processing any PO Box shipment.
Freight Forwarders: We do not ship to freight forwarding services. If you live overseas and wish to place an order, please contact us directly so we can arrange shipping to your location.
Address Verification: Your shipping address must match your billing address. If the addresses do not match, we may require ID verification before processing your order.
