7-Day Return & Exchange Policy:

We gladly accept returns and offer exchanges within 7 days of the purchase date. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include the original order confirmation or packing slip when returning an item.

Important Note:
We do not offer refunds. Approved returns are eligible for store credit.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email our returns team at [email protected] to begin the return or exchange process.

  2. Receive Authorization: Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.

  3. Package the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories provided.

  4. Include RA Number: Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.

  5. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
