Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at RetroRex. We specialize in retro gaming consoles, accessories, and classic video games. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy to ensure confidence in your order.

7-Day Return & Exchange Policy:

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 business days of delivery. Eligibility depends on the condition and type of product:

  • New & Sealed Products: Items must be completely sealed, unused, and in original packaging to qualify for a refund. Opened products are not eligible for refund.
  • Opened Products: If the seal has been broken, the item may be returned for exchange or store credit only, provided it is still in original condition and includes all components.
  • Used / Vintage Games: Pre-owned retro games and vintage items are eligible for a refund within 7 business days only if returned in the same condition as originally shipped. Any discrepancies in condition may void the refund.

Important Notes:

  • A 10% restocking fee applies to all approved refunds.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless due to a confirmed error or defect.
  • Returns must be pre-authorized. Unauthorized returns may be rejected or delayed.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 7 business days of receipt.
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions if your request is approved.
  3. Package the Item: Return the item in its original packaging with all included materials.
  4. Include RA Number: Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the return package.
  5. Ship It Back: Use a trackable shipping method. We recommend avoiding Canada Post due to recent service disruptions.
