Thank you for shopping at RetroRex. We specialize in retro gaming consoles, accessories, and classic video games. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and exchange policy is designed to help.
7-Day Return & Exchange Policy
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 business days of delivery. Eligibility depends on the condition and type of product:
- New & Sealed Products: Must be sealed, unused, and in original packaging to qualify for a refund. Opened products are not eligible.
- Opened Products: May be returned for exchange or store credit only, provided they remain in original condition with all components.
- Used / Vintage Games: Refund available only if returned in the same condition as shipped. Condition discrepancies may void the refund.
Important Notes
- 10% restocking fee applies to all approved refunds.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless due to a confirmed error or defect.
- Returns must be pre-authorized — unauthorized returns may be rejected or delayed.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 7 business days of receipt.
- Receive Authorization: We’ll send a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions if approved.
- Package the Item: Return in original packaging with all included materials.
- Include RA Number: Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package.
- Ship It Back: Use a trackable shipping method. Avoid Canada Post due to recent service disruptions.
