RetroRex Return & Store Credit Policy

At RetroRex, we want to make sure you’re happy with your purchase while keeping our policies fair and straightforward. Below are our return and store credit terms.

️ Return & Refund Policy

Sealed, Unopened Products (Refund Eligible)

  • You have 7 days from the delivery date to return a sealed, unopened product for a refund minus shipping costs.
  • A 10% restocking fee may apply to cover processing costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Opened or Used Products (Store Credit Only)

  • If the seal is broken or the item has been opened/used, it cannot be refunded.
  • Instead, you will receive store credit, which never expires and can be used toward future purchases.
  • Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Do Not Refuse Delivery

Refusing a package can cause unnecessary delays and complications. Instead:

  • Accept the package, then request a return if needed.
  • ✅ If an order is refused, it may take months to resolve.

️ 12-Month Warranty Coverage

  • All new RetroRex gaming systems and accessories come with a 12-month hardware warranty.
  • If your product has a hardware defect, we will provide a repair or exchange at no service cost.
  • Shipping costs are not covered under warranty—return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping on all products.
  • We do not provide return shipping labels.
